FRYER
3 - 4 min at 175°C.

OVEN
15 to 18 min at 200°C. Turn halfway through cookingtime (spreading the product single layer on baking platecovered with baking paper)

Mini hash brown burger
with baked salmon and goat cheese
Ingredients

• 8 Agristo hash brown mini waffles
• 1 slice of goat cheese
• a handful garden cress
• 100 gr salmon
• salt and pepper
• 1 clove of garlic
• capers


METHOD
1 Cut one slices of the goat cheese into 4 pieces (same size as the waffle).
2 Cut the salmon in pieces (same size as the waffle).
3 Bake the salmon and add some salt and pepper.
4 Fry the hash brown mini waffle according to the instructions.
5 Place the garden cress, a piece of salmon and a slice of goat's cheese on top of the bottom
hash brown mini waffle. Ad some pink pepper balls on top, and finish with the top hash brown mini waffle.
6 Finish off with a caper on top.

Mini hash brown burger
with cheddar cheese
Ingredients

• 8 Agristo hash brown mini waffles
• slices of cheddar cheese
• a handful of rucola
• 100 hashed meat
• salt and pepper
• 1 pickled cucumber
• 1 red onion
• sundried tomatoes
1 Cut one slices of the cheddar cheese into 4 pieces
(same size as the waffle)
2 Form the hashed meat into 4 mini burger.
3 Bake the burgers and add some salt and pepper.
4 Fry the hash brown mini waffle according to the instructions.
5 Place the rucola, a burger and a slice of cheddar cheese on
top of the bottom hash brown mini waffle. Ad some red onion and a slice of pickled cucumber on top, and finish with the top
hash brown mini waffle.
6 Finish off with a sundried tomato on top.


Mini hash brown burger
with chicken, cranberry sauce and quail egg
Ingredients

• 8 Agristo hash brown mini waffles
• 100 gr of chicken breast
• a handful garden cress
• 6 quail eggs
• salt and pepper
• cranberry saus
1 Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry them in a pan.
2 Heat the cranberry sauce.
3 Fry 4 quail egg sunny side up, and boil the other 4.
Add some pepper and salt
4 Meanwhile, fry the hash brown mini waffle according to the instructions.
5 Place the garden cress and the chicken on the bottom waffle.
6 Add some cranberry sauce, and place the fried quail egg on top.
7 Finish with the top hash brown mini waffle.
8 Garnish with a half boiled quail egg on top.
