FRYER
3,5 - 4 min at 180°C.

OVEN
Place frozen chips on an oven tray in a single layer. This will ensure the chips get max crunch. Cook for 20 to 25 mins at 200°C or until golden brown and crunchy,
turning halfway cooking.

AIRFRYER
10 - 15 min at 200°C depending on size.
Halfway, take the basket out of the airfryer and
shake them well.

with sour cream & tomatoes
Ingredients

• Agristo seasoned wedges
• Sour cream
• 1 tomato
• Parsley


METHOD
1 Fry the seasoned wedges according to the instructions.
2 Put the wedges on a plate.
3 Drizzle or dollop the sour cream on top.
4 Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut into cubes.
5 Sprinkle sliced parsley and the diced tomatoes on top.
