waffle cut fries
with goat cheese,
spinach and salmon
• Agristo seasoned waffle cut fries
• 1 roll goat cheese
• 100 gr spinach
• 150 gr smoked salmon
• salt and pepper
• 1 clove of garlic
• pink pepper balls
1 Cut slices of the goat cheese.
2 Stew the spinach with a finely chopped clove of garlic and some salt and pepper.
3 Cut strips of salmon 2 cm wide and roll them up.
4 Fry the seasoned waffle cut fries according to the instructions.
5 Place a slice of goat's cheese on top of the waffle cut fries, a little spinach and a roll of smoked salmon.
6 Finish off with some pink pepper balls.
